L’uva Bella Winery is Youngstown’s first and only California style winery. We manufacture wine using L'uva Bella, Mosto Bello and Bello Chilean juice lines, fruit wines, and a Reserve Wine Label manufactured strictly with grapes from California and Chile. The goal of the winery is to provide the Youngstown area with the highest quality wine available from around the world that is manufactured right here in the Mahoning Valley from the superior products that we distribute to our very valued customers. The winery includes a wine-tasting bar, lounge, stone handcrafted outside patio and small restaurant featuring an old world style wood-fired pizza oven imported from Italy, superior imported meats and cheeses and home-made Italian specialties. We strive to create a relaxing, family friendly environment for the maximum enjoyment and simple pleasures of enjoying excellent homemade wine and food! All are welcome and we hope to make you a part of our family.

Frank Sergi founded M&M Wine Cellar/L’uva Bella Winery in 2001 to fill a void in the Northeast Ohio home wine making market of quality California and South American grapes and juice, as well as quality winemaking juice from Italy. Recognizing this absence, Frank formed M&M Wine Cellar/L’uva Bella Winery and has successfully expanded into one of the east coast’s largest distributor and retailer of quality winemaking products. L’uva Bella Winery is proud to be one of the first distributors to include both Italian and Chilean lines of juice, in addition to the California line, to provide our customers with very unique wine making options not available in many home winemaking markets. We are dedicated to maintaining and ensuring quality in our products. We stand by our products 100%. We now distribute juice and grape lines in eight states and will continue to expand to provide the home winemaker with the highest quality products available in the United States.

Mother's Day Specials

Pinot Noir wine is now available. Our Pinot Noir is a medium bodied wine that has a bright ruby color. From aging in oak for one year, there is a nice smooth finish. There are also subtle hints of vanilla, cherry, and pepper. It is of similar sweetest/dryness as the Pinot Noir we had in the past but with a hint of oak favor.

2011 Sangiovese wine from Loccaia Vineyard in Tuscany, Italy is now available. This wine is made from Certified Organic DOCG Grapes. Each batch of Italian grape must has been carefully selected by a commercially - certified enologist and shipped to L'uva Bella under the most stringent quality standards.

Bello Chilean pick up hours will change after May 12^th, please look on the calendar or location page. Any juice that is not picked up by May 12^th and special arrangements were not made will be put back into inventory. I will publish an extra list mid May. The last day to pick up juice will be June 1^st.

Due to the construction, we may need you to go into the main front area of L’uva Bella to pick up your juice and supplies. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Join L'uva Bella Wine Maker's Club

This is open to all; experience, inexperience and no experience. Meetings will be held the first Thursday of the month at 6:00PM at L'uva Bella Winery This is an opportunity to spend time with the winemaker, ask questions, discuss problems and come up with solutions. This would be a newly formed organization so additional club benefits and meeting schedule still needs to be determined. We want to make this a positive experience so we welcome your input.

Tours
Tours of our wine making facilities can be arranged at a moments notice or planned in advance. It is difficult to give tours Friday and Saturday evenings but we do the best to accommodate you.

Gift Baskets
Gift Baskets for any occasion can be custom-made with the wine(s) of your choice, extra virgin olive oil, bottle opener, cheeses, crackers, pasta,or more. Prices range from $19.99 and up.

Rental Parties under 60 people are welcome from Thursday through Saturday during our regular hours and the rental fee would be waived. For private parties, our lounge comfortably seats 99 and is available Sunday through Wednesday. Rental Fee is $300.00 for a three hour event. Please call to discuss menu and beverage options.
