Wine Pairing Event


Spend your Wednesday night tantalizing your taste buds and enjoy a special wine pairing and four-course dinner with special guest speaker, Marisa Sergi. Reservations must be made by Apr. 21  This event starts at 6 p.m.

1st Course (Riesling)

Flatbread with garlic confit base, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, marinated hot peppers, topped with fresh arugula and grape salad tossed in a hot pepper oil

2nd Course: (Chardonnay)

Fresh Farro Island salmon baked, honey Dijon mustard over lobster risotto

3rd Course (Petit Sirah)

Pan-seared duck breast, cherry, and Petit Sirah sauce with Asiago fingerling potatoes

4th Course

Red Velvet Cheesecake
