Winery After Dark pairing event menus includes:
- Greens and artichoke flat bread (Wine Makers Select Chardonnay)
- Baked cod loin topped with a buttery crab stuffing over long grain wild rice (2014 Muscat)
- Grilled veal strip steak with smashed red skin potatoes with pesto butter (2012 Pinot Noir)
- Cream puffs (Peach Passion)
