Food & Wine Pairing Series

Greeting wine lovers. Prepare your palate for an evening of delicious food and fine wines. Make your reservations by Feb. 16 as spots are limited.

1st course (Pinot Grigio)

Mediterranean chicken flat bread, shredded chicken breast, kalamata olives, basil, feta cheese, finished with lemon oregano vinaigrette

2nd Course (Chardonnay)

Sautéed shrimp in a lemon butter sauce served over linguine

3rd Course (2014 Merlot)

Grilled hanger steak, red wine mushroom dime served over Yukon gold garlic mash

4th Course (Passion- Raspberry)
